A downloadable game

An unfinished minigame developed as part of a student project for a game development course.

Description: 

A waiter has tripped over and all the food they were carrying has been thrown into the air. Use the tray to grab the falling food before it hits the ground!


Instructions:

The game will begin right away as there is no tutorial or menu screens at this stage. 

Goal of the game: Collect 15 falling food items within the time limit. If 5 food items drop to the floor, then you'll lose the game. 

As soon as a win or loss message is printed to the screen, in-game controls will be disabled. When this happens, you will need to quit the game.

The game doesn't have a quit button as this stage, so use the following shortcuts to exit the game and open the task manager to stop the program's execution.

  • CTRL + Shift + Esc 
  • CTRL + ALT + Delete

Controls:

Left Directional Key (Hold) - Charge

Left Directional Key (Release) - Move the tray left depending on how long you charged for.

Right Directional Key (Hold) - Charge

Right Directional Key (Release) - Move the tray right depending on how long you charged for.
